Hello, I visited the Petro-Can 369 St-Charles in the morning.
I bought two rive-sub passes only to realize that the clerk gave me the ones for Montreal by mistake. The clerk who was new asked for help from the senior employee who failed to show her the task correctly.
The employee who received me in the evening did not want to exchange them or give me compensation (too bad too sad), moreover asking me to come back the next day to speak to a manager.
Without the error 8/10, but 0/10 since there are a multitude of gaps in the service following the first error as you can see, which makes the service unacceptable to say the least. THANKS.

Very ahead, I go yesterday to gas and do a car wash the machine for gas asks if I want a car wash I click so and then it's supposed to ask for the guy so I clicked $30 for the guy but the machine had a bug so I gassed for 5 and ended up with two car washes. So I go to see the attendant he tells me come back in May for a refund. I tell him no I want it now. Fruter me Baroche the invoice label and come back tomorrow who don't want to know anything. Meton I was in calise and when I got outside at the pump I was talking to myself so the guy was listening that I was in calise. It was the gas payment that I was coming back from doing the big calise I said.

Super service personellement. J'ai remarqué un immense turn-over du personnel. Il est évident qu'il se passe de quoi au niveau de la gérance. Faut pas oublié que la clientèle s'attache aux personnels, et que souvent les clients suivent les employés au nouvel emplois. Un peu de souplesse de la part de la gérance devrait être bénéfique pour l'ensemble de l'œuvre.
