Not professional at all. I had an appointment planned and when I arrive, he quibbles with me and tells me that I haven't confirmed, but I tried to call him three or three times throughout the week but no one answered and it's damned voicemail is full... and it doesn't say if he's on vacation either... unable to reach him.
It is especially in his stupid attitude that he received me that I denounce while he blames the customer but is not fooled to realize that we cannot reach him...
Not strong, it's hard. This is how he receives a new client...

I would NOT go anywhere else to get my car serviced. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and honest. I trust their expertise fully! Even when they were fully packed with appointments, they still found a way to fit me in.
