As long as Roberto is here, there is hope! When no rack is available in North America, according to mechanical workshops and even RAM dealers discourage you, there is hope at Monsieur Crémaillère! The service is exceptional, the prices are fair and the work is guaranteed. I even gave Roberto a big hug, I was so happy to find my RAM in great shape! If I could give 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 stars, I definitely would!

I recently had the opportunity to have the rack of my car repaired (on Nov. 9, 2023) at the “Monsieur Crémaillère” garage, and I would like to share my exceptional experience with their team, in particular with Roberto, and the lady from reception.From the first contact, I was impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by Roberto and his team.They took the time to listen to me attentively, ask relevant questions and even give me ideas for possible solutions before arriving at a repair (thanks to the lady at reception whose name I don't have) .Their in-depth knowledge of steering systems immediately gave me confidence. Roberto explained to me in detail the reasons for the repair and showed me the part in question as well as the measures to take for prevention and maintenance.Roberto's transparency in communicating the details of the work to be done was remarkable. He provided me with an accurate estimate of the total cost, including parts needed, labor and estimated time to complete the repair.Originally I thought going to the dealership would have been easier…. What a mistake for a 10 year old car, Ford charged me almost $6000 + tax without confirming the exact payment. “Monsieur Crémaillères” gave me the official price and NO surprises during payment, not a penny of difference. This clarity allowed me to make an informed decision, without any unpleasant financial surprises later.Roberto even helped me with my faulty radio without any request, in good faith and at no additional costAnd what about the speed of execution of the work, which was also impressive.Roberto and his team started the repairs VERY quickly (faster than I thought) and completed the job in record time. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in perfect working order much sooner than I expected. The quality of the work was undeniable, and my rack worked like new.In the end, I can only warmly recommend the “Monsieur Crémaillère” garage, highlighting Roberto's excellent professional service.
