Less than 11 months ago bought a C43 AMG with ELP warranty, which was useless, today trading the car for a reliable 2024 Acura. Nightmare company to deal with, shipped me the car with a leaking tire from the first seconds of delivery notified the dealership, salesperson said don't worry about that its winter. Every *******day i put air in the car and had MULTIPLE visits for repairs. If you want a nightmare, buy a Mercedes. I'm out 18,000 today but I'm free of this air leaking AMG NIGHTMARE

I wanted to change vehicles, I have been with Audi for 10 years (rs5,rs3,rs5,rs7 and currently the rs6)I wanted a change and Mercedes was the next purchase that tempted me (c63s)But with the back-alley service that we provide to my work colleague, forget that. The customer is treated like a liar and he is borderline condescending despite the fact that he is in the wrong.For a $70 piece that he scrapped, he was unable to replace it and blamed my colleague.Total rubbish!

I had an appointment for the annual maintenance of my vehicle. Mercedes “lends” you a courtesy vehicle (you advertise, by walking around with a flocked vehicle), you are made to sign a contract with lots of conditions, without asking for your agreement to deduct $150 but Mercedes immediately deducts 150 $ on your credit card!.Furthermore, usually my vehicle was cleaned after each appointment and nothing, my car came out dirty! When we know how much each visit to Mercedes costs, we expect quality service and over the past year the quality of service has clearly dropped!To avoid !!! the customer is clearly no longer important to Mercedes South Shore!

They gave me an appointment to change the rear suspensions under warranty after having inspected the vehicle the day before.As I had a vibration problem with the right front wheel that they could not find after the test drive, they just invited me to leave with the vehicle without changing the rear suspensions planned in the appointment, claiming that the suspension problem disappeared, although a few minutes before, they asked me to go see the receptionist to benefit from the escort service in order to leave the car at the service.And since they made me lose 2 hours of my morning, I also had to miss a professional appointment.This is the worst experience ever had with a dealership... and I'm forgetting about honoring the warranty!P.S.: The person who served me is Aaron (ext. 164).K.B.

If I could have given 0 I would have done so with today's experience. I consider that you do not need our money. Fares Zerrougui and Stéphanie Deguire were amazing.My husband passed away at the end of June leaving me with his 2014 CLA250 and my 2014 C300.I am in Gatineau and was looking for something newer on AutoTrader to replace them both. I saw the write up for a 2018 CLA 250 on Auto trader that was just traded in, I asked to see pictures, he sent me pictures right away and also all the details/specs I needed. Everything was done online with Stephanie doing everything to close my cash deal.Within a week of first contact he even met me in Vaudreuil to pick it up so I didn't have to drive all the way from Gatineau to the dealership. He deserves more than 5 stars and I need to make sure he knows what a great job he did. I say that this is my dealership and he will be my guy when I am ready for another.Yolande Jones-Grande

the dealer is good but I got a bad sales person that was forcing me to return my rented C-class and presented to me a ridiculous deal that I refused of course.What bothered me is that I asked him to talk to his supervisor, but unfortunately he backed him up.This was in spring 2022.

We recently arrived from France and decided to buy our first car in Canada. Our initial choice was Mercedes-Benz, a renowned brand, but our purchasing experience fell well short of our expectations.It all started after putting down the deposit on a 34k used vehicle. However, our disappointment began when they tried to sell us an extended warranty, despite the standard legal warranty that should protect us in the event of an engine problem.The salesperson, N******, then directed us to his manager, ST****. Unfortunately, his professional approach left something to be desired but really!!!!!!!!. She tried to convince us that the legal guarantee did not exist, even after showing her government information on the subject. She even suggested at the end of the speech that if there were a problem, she would have to go before a judge, because that's how the Mercedes BENZ house works, as she says.Faced with this situation, we decided to turn our back on Mercedes-Benz and turn to BMW, where we found the car of our dreams and above all a much more professional welcome, far from the complications and very confusing explanations.In summary, our experience at Mercedes-Benz Canada did not correspond at all to the reputation of the brand, and we were delighted to find service at BMW that met our expectations.

Typical Mercedes dealer. No more no less. Update: the representative who handles the service for sprinters “Tanya” doesn’t return your calls. Every time I have spoken to her she is overwhelmed or confused. Yes even half a decade ago before covid it was like this. My business does not have time for that. I will not be returning as I have discovered the Mercedes truck centre in Laval. They speak to you nicely and return your calls.

Great experience! Pishoy was helping me, he is very professional and kind, explaining everything, having the right answers to all my (many) questions! This really helped in narrowing my choices. I went there for my car service A and I was hesitant if I should reserve there or go to another Mercedes dealership. Now, I'm sure convinced it was my last time.Arrived at 1 PM, 20 minutes before my appointment, the representative was checking my car at 1:30 and after that called after me to sign mentioning I REJECTED transmission oil change last time (which I didn't, so first flag).Signed, then was told it wouldn't take more than 2.5 to fix all.Halfway through, I was told the air filters need to be replaced, which I'm sure was done, during previous visit, but trusted their inspection.At 4 PM, I was told it shouldn't be long. Then around 4:30 PM, the CSR told me either you take the car now or wait for us to wash it, and I certainly wanted it cleaned after all the work done.My car was done close to 5:30, even cleaning takes an hour.Not to mention the high bill for all that, I wouldn't recommend them at all. They just want to act nice while they are not (maybe it is a management rule)All in all, it's a pace where you get stressed to leave and you wouldn't care how much you pay just to get the hell out of there.And yes, no more going there ever again.
