“Exceptional service from David and Steven from the Longueuil store. I was looking for an electric bed for my son who has multiple sclerosis. David spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to find out what was needed, he was the only one who asked me how much my son weighed and what type of pain he had. No other place I called asked for this information. I went to the store the next day and Steven served us. With the patience of an angel and exemplary professionalism, he had my son try several electric beds and different mattresses. We purchased and my son now has better sleep and less pain at night. The delivery guys were super nice and courteous, they even set up the bed. Thanks David and Steven”

“I bought a mattress from here 5 years ago and really enjoyed my experience at that time, the whole process from the sales person, shopping and selection was excellent. Unfortunately I started having issues with that mattress and went throught the process of the manufacturer's warranty. I followed the steps from the Matelas Bonheur website which required different pictures as proof - it was relatively easy , then 2 weeks later I received a call from the director Fabiano to confirm this was approved. I was able to shop for a new replacement mattress, only had to pay the shipping charge so they could take back the old mattress and deliver the new one at the same time. The delivery was super quick and fit in the schedule I wanted, all in a matter of a couple days. I really enjoy this location, the staff is never pushy and truly allow you the time to try what you need.
I've shopped at SO many mattress stores in the past like Ikea, liquidation centers and the big contender Dormez-Vous and I can say without a doubt that Matelas Bonheur is the best all around. Thank you for the wonderful service and providing me with an essential good night's rest.”

J'en ai appris des affaires ! Ils ont plusieurs choix de la marque Mirabel faite au Québec. Quite often certain items out front of stock at the IKEA Montreal can still be found here. The service was always polite and available. Washrooms and restaurants are kept clean and organized.
