I entered the store. There were four employees chatting among themselves and none came to me to advise me or welcome me even though I was the only one in the store. I stayed for several minutes and they continued to chat among themselves. They were chatting as if they were in a bar. I needed headphones but I left without buying anything because this situation made me really uncomfortable….
I worked in customer service for several years and I think there is very poor staff management.

I've been buying my phone there for the last 10 years
Every God damn time there's a problem
Now I have a contract with a company name on it but my phone Ain't with them
Don't go there for anything
They'll steal from you to have a paychecks
