If I could I would give them -10...over priced, food not fresh, service is next to none...lways out of stock no variety. I find they take advantage of the senior population that make up a big percentage of their clients who live in the area and must depend on them. The attitude is if you don't like it there are other grocery store.

The best place to buy groceries, the employees are very cordial and helpful, the vegetables and fruits are always fresh and they never had e pure products.

I don't recommend the ready-to-eat service, every time I go there, I don't get any hello, thank you or goodbye from the employees who work there. You should review with several of your employees how to interact with customers. Knowing that I am a courteous customer, it is quite frustrating.

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF
Price is triple other grocery stores.
But they do have some specific items for my diet not found elsewhere. That's all good and "normal" nowadays.
But where it fails big time is the customer service. Some are nice and helpful, but others, younger staff that are disrespectful towards customers. And people, even the younger generation, have to understand that we all have to deal with life and its struggles. It is not because it's just a "tempoary" job that is "not important" not to care for customers, as we, as customers , also have to deal with our own struggles.
And being disrespectful toward customers is not a wanted behavior, and impact your employer/ business you are working negatively..
Having worked 12 hours shifts weeks in a row, and then taking some time to go do my groceries, I should have to be insulted by some disrespectful kid working there that doesn't give a !@$.
There is this kid in particular, with the peculiar hair style that is at the front of the cashiers that should learn respect, because no matter how "cool" you think you are in your head, you might not always be met by people who stay calm when they get disrespected..
There is better deals at SuperC anyways..
And I prefer longer trips to get not only way better prices, for even fresher produce I may add, than having to deal with entitled little brats..

IGA Extra grocery store – I love IGAs so I have a weakness. Very clean. Sometimes there are congestions due to lack of space but we can always get around them. Beautiful products and great selections. To visit

This grocery store is a bit expensive, however, you can find interesting items like bison and wild boar steaks. One of the disadvantages of this store is that you can't leave it with the trolley so you need to carry your groceries in hands or order a delivery

Painful experience every time I go there. No employee on the floor to help us. At customer service or at the checkout, you don't know where the products are. You can't find simple things like tzatziki because they are hidden somewhere. Very frustrating to waste your time.
