Unprofessional, questionable, invoice description does not match. I have a car that contains 3 liters of oil during oil changes and he charges 5. Even after politely pointing out the mistake, the latter tells me that it is the market price. And I responded, the market does not indicate charging 5 liters of oil for a car which contains 3. I reiterated my request by asking him if this was his last opinion and if so I expressed that I won't come back to this garage again. Abusive mechanic.

J’ai commencé à aller à cet endroit car c’est très près de chez moi et je continuerai d’y aller. Changement d’huile à moteur et huile à transmission à prix raisonnable ? quelques semaines plus tard j’avais une fuite d’huile à transmission et ils ont vu ma voiture la journée même et ce, gratuitement. I went to this garage to buy and have new summer tires installed, the person at reception searches for the tires in the system and I am told that it will cost me 1370 taxes included for the 4 new tires Michelin + installation costs to add to the cost of the tires so I say ok. 30 minutes later, after having done some research on the internet on the tires he had suggested to me, I called the garage back to tell them that I would rather go buy the tires live and that I would come and take them to the garage so that he installs them because I found the same brand and model of tires elsewhere for $1000 (I still save 370), he refuses to install the tires purchased elsewhere on the pretext that he does not install the tires purchased elsewhere than at home. Really unprofessional, he obviously prefers that you absolutely buy the tires from him because obviously he keeps a good rating on tires (in my case $370). Be on the lookout, have a nice day!

Fast and courteous service ($52 for my tire change and $50 for storage for the season, plus tax). I decided to do business with them when last winter I had jerks while driving on the highway. I went to ask them what it could be and the man told me that it was certainly the accumulation of snow in my tires since at average speed in town I didn't have any shaking. He offered to come back later to check if I wanted, but as the snow melted and I no longer had the shaking, I didn't need to go back. They could have charged me for unnecessary things but instead I got an experienced opinion that didn't cost me anything. Hopefully this is the start of a very casual (once in passing) but enjoyable ? and approachable relationship.
