The owner Christian is excellent and takes the time to explain the cause of the mechanical problem and makes honest recommendations to keep your car in good condition. Super friendly and smiling. I have rarely seen a business owner with such little professionalism and no manners! It's dangerously hard to beat!He told me that he would only have room for me on May 9 because he would have a courtesy car at that time.On May 9, I went to the garage, he told me that the car had not returned. A call would have been appreciated perhaps, so as not to have me moved for nothing!He tells me I have to wait for the car to return. I ask him to give me some news.To get some, I had to go back in person 4 days later...only to be told to wait until today, May 15th and guess what? I'm still waiting for his call.From the 9th to the 15th I left several unreturned messages in addition to lugging my summer tires in the rear trunk.When you can't even pick up the phone to tell someone that you can't take their car, that says a lot about the service...Well, when you don’t have it, you don’t have it!There are people everywhere who just shouldn't be in business and believe me, this garage is one of them!
