ATTENTION!!!? well-organized package thieves because they pass it off as “identity theft”!! They kept my package for the first day because it "wasn't received". When I went back they told me that someone with my name had already been there (....!!!) This being false, they orchestrated a fake me (retrieving my package) in order to appear innocent on camera!!!!. It's horribleI contacted the police but due to lack of evidence... I can do nothing apart from this warning to avoid this trade

Racist with pure evil souls. I came in to pick up my UPS package. After handing him my driver's license, he told me that my package wasn't here. And i showed him the Email i received from UPS and the tracking number and there was my package. I just asked him why he said my package wasn't here. He got really upset . And i asked his name ,he became aggressive and told me he is the boss here and asked me to leave his store.My instinct told me to record him. When he saw me holding my phone,he assaulted me trying to take my phone away as you can see in the photo. Then he grabbed a long metal bar trying to intimidate me with it. Thankfully another customer came in and he put the metal bar away.

The opening hours are wrong or something weird happened. According to google, it should be open until 22h. But I arrived at 18h42 and the clerk was closing the doors with key. I just wanted drop something for UPS. I went to Uniprix on rue Lyon instead, it was open and they were super nice

Worst service ever I've seen in my life and it wasn't even for me... Next time learn the laws and especially so that you recognize me... a minor your no photo on the government card and 2nd oblige a government card and saying that it was to be scanned as proof is very forbidden by law... At least everyone knows and above all that it's not the first time you've done this to the customer ups...

The best depanneur around. Very clean. They take your suggestions when you ask for products. They ordered special Perrier flavours for me and therefore I will always be loyal to this store. It would be nice to have a bigger selection of Haagen Dazs ice cream, but apart from that, the store is wonderful.

The person working at this store is unfriendly and discriminatory. I have been a customer here for over 10 years & spent thousands of dollars. I even asked this cashier to give me the contact information of the owner so I could make a complaint but he informed me " I am the boss here!" , this is false as I have met the owners repeatedly and this was not him. If I was given the contact information I would not have had the need to post this review for all to see. I remember when they had friendly staff, its really too bad and dispointing to see.

Not surprised that my review disappeared...!The owner is pathetic! Both as a customer and as a delivery person, he exasperates me.No choice to deal with because some of my postal stuff is picked up there. He's taken over the business and isn't managing as well as the other one before.He has other convenience stores in Montreal...surprised he's still in business the way it should be.
