I have been going to this convenience store for years. Unfortunately two weeks ago, I purchased products and there was an error of around $5 on my invoice, the person never gave me an invoice despite my request (I was buying for someone other). I asked her for a copy of the invoice and she said she cannot provide a copy of the invoice. She even searched with a colleague and they never found the said invoice, however it was charged to my card. Although I explained to her that the price of the items did not match, the lady replied stupidly telling me that "that's how it is, there is no invoice and I should let it go!!!" I let it happen this time. Today I bought about $20 worth of product but they charged me $30 and I asked for my invoice. I see that she charged me 2 free $5 ($10) bills even though I had won $10. She never deducted my winning $10 bill from my bill. I go back to see the lady and although I show her the bill, she dares to insist that it is not true and that she deducted the $10 from me. She presents herself to customers as the victim and says that what I say is not true! Someone came to tell me to leave them the $10, I apologize, even if you stay up late, there are standards to respect for a business! The lady continued to persist with me even with the bill in front of her. I asked that she contact her superior. She calls her superior. With great insistence, she gives me $10. The lady did not take responsibility and did not apologize sincerely. I wouldn't have said anything if she had really checked the bill and admitted that maybe she had made a mistake. I really find it a shame that night owls hire people like that who don't issue an invoice to a customer or make mistakes but are not able to take responsibility for them. I won't go back there again, that's for sure. People who go to this convenience store really pay attention to invoice errors.

Super nice, friends and psychologists would say, sometimes I'm afraid of disturbing them with my stories. I didn't want to say her name, but there is a Sandra, super nice. At Petro Canada I was told, it's Monday, don't bother me with your negative stories, a matter of principle. I said I'm sorry, I won't come back here. Some people should not work with the public. The manager always has a nice smile.

Chaque fois que je vais au couche tard seul ou avec mon garçon , ont à toujours un bon service. Les employés super gentil et courtois et patient. Parfois quand mon garçon et moi se payons une collation , ont s'assoie sur les escalier extérieur du couche tard un peu plus loin de la porte et savourons notre collation. C'est super qu'ont puissent le faire.
