The worst service , I would give 0 . Rude people , I went this morning to get my medication and the clerk completely ignored me and when I said hello she replied “one moment , I am busy I only have 2 hands “ if she does not like her job , change it but don’t treat your customers like garbage!

Systemic racism, poor customer service. Employees who behave aggressively towards customers, who do not know how to communicate and who are poorly educated. If you're planning to get abused, this is definitely the place to be.

The service is terrible. The employees are aggressive and there is a blatant lack of politeness. I believe they should receive training on racial profiling and seriously review their customer service staff. I would never set foot there.

I have never experienced such poor and disgusting service in my life. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and this is the last time. Employees who accuse customers of theft without even looking at the cameras. I could even say that it is systemic racism.

The service is incredible. The ladies working at the prescription counter have no politeness whatsoever!! In addition to never having my medication prescription in hand, they fool you by saying that they will order it. Every time I call to see if they have received it, I am told again that it is not available and they will order.Laughing at the world like when it concerns health is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!Your business hours are tough!! Pitiful service as well close your pharmacy!!

The man at the checkout was very friendly, he asked me if I had the Metro card, I told him I didn't have it and then he told me I don't need it. of that for my happiness. Just before I had tried to pay by credit card at the Rolland counter, I told him that I had tried to swipe my credit card and he told me that he knew about the problem with the card terminal credit and debit. Honestly, it was great, even I stopped by to buy a palette of chocolate.

Litterally the worst pharmacy I've ever been. Had to wait over 40 minutes to ORDER a plan B, and then another HOUR in order to get the medication all because the pharmacist was on the phone!! Needless to say that i had left before because i HAD TO GO TO WORK! ridiculous service. If a 18 year old has a baby it's on them
