Very poor service from the staff. It’s been a month and a half without a callback, despite me coming back more than three times to follow up. Horrible service and a complete lack of professionalism

Decent service, but the staff changes every 2 years on average, so it is difficult to have quality service either at the counter or in customer service, or loans, mortgage loans, etc.
