Nous avons acheté le sofa Maret 3 places gris chez Artemano (DIX30) en octobre 2015 pour 1397,50$ plus taxes. Deux ans plus tard, nous avons commencé à remarquer que le cuir pelait.Entre-temps, nous avons acheté un repose-pied gris sur Amazon, qui s'est avéré être fait du même matériau, bien que très bon marché. Nous pensions avoir acheté un meuble de qualité, mais nous avons été déçus.Voici à quoi le sofa ressemble maintenant. Nous n'avons pas d'animaux, donc l'usure est entièrement due à une utilisation normale.Je remarque que le même modèle de sofa n'est plus disponible, mais j'ai vu qu'un modèle similaire est toujours en vente et semble être fabriqué avec le même matériau.Ce sera la dernière fois que nous irons dans ce magasin et nous ne le recommandons absolument pas.

I visited Artemano for the first time and we were welcomed by a wonderful sales person, Louise. She took her time to walk us around when we told her about our pieces of interest. She checked and certified prices with patience. Her approach in sales is commendable because she did not use aggressive selling approach, and not persuasive. Though we had no intentions to buy, we ended up with a purchase. We appreciated the manner of approach, we felt respected and acknowledged as customers. She was warm, smiley and overall a great sales person. I had more pieces that I admired though pricey but I’m considering. I had a great experience at this place and hopefully it remains. I’m giving 4 stars because they are expensive.

Went shopping for a piece for our living room at the Longueuil location and it has many new items. The new manager was very friendly and helping us find a beautiful piece! Great service, very happy customer!

I have to admit that I love the products at artemano but the service that I experienced was horrific. You can find similar products for similar prices elsewhere with way better service. I made the mistake of going back after my first experience and had another awful experience.First, I bought a table and decided against delivery as I lived quite close. I later learned that it was delivered to the warehouse and so I would need it delivered. When I asked about delivery there was a standard rate , plus I had to pay extra because it was heavy, plus it was extra for second level (even though I have an elevator). It just seemed like there were a lot of hidden extra costs. I decided to borrow a friends truck and pick it up myself.At the warehouse I was given the wrong table. When I stated that it wasn't the table from the image, the person argued with me and called me a liar. They said that it was impossible and I felt humiliated. I signed for table and called customer service from my car. They allowed me to to go another location in Laval and trade the table. I was very grateful and the person that I spoke with on the phone was great. I felt so humiliated from the service agent at the warehouse that I decided to go back and talk to the manager. When asked to speak to the manager, they sat me down and I waited. Eventually I asked another worker and they told me that nobody was ever going to come so I left. When I went back to the Original location to return the blankets, I asked the agent who had originally helped me what had happened, why had I got the wrong table? He looked on the computer and admitted that he had made a mistake, he had the correct code or something but he had selected the wrong store.Even after this experience I returned because I wanted to buy a bench that matched. I bought a bench and had to pick it up at the laval store. When I went to get the bench, it was clearly the store model and there were a few scratches and marks on the top that I was not aware about. I let it go. I put the bench in my car and realized the leg was loose because there was a screw that was bent on the bottom. I asked the sales person and they looked through a box to find a new screw. They found one that did not match and went to screw it in, I asked them if they could take the screw out of another dresser I saw because it had one that matched. Even though it was for the bottom on the bench I wanted all of the bolts to be the same. She said no and proceeded to put it in. Instead of taking out the old screw, she took the drill, aimed it sideways and drilled the mis-matching screw into the bottom. For such a high priced purchase, I would expect much better service. It's a shame the customer service is awful because the products themselves are beautiful.
