Worst experience of my life. A customer for several years, I brought my car back today at 9 a.m. for a simple puncture (car which comes without a spare wheel). The guy at the counter asked me to leave the car and sort it out during the day. I arrive before closing. Nothing is done. The garage closes at 5:30 p.m. At 5 p.m. no more mechanics on site.The boss's excuse: "lack of manpower". “Why didn’t you warn me sooner, I could have found a solution”…! No answer...This is the result when you deal with unprofessional people. They don't even have 2 seconds to warn you... So I find myself without a car to go to work!Thank you NAPA for taking your customers for...!

Referred by Automobile e Direct I was afraid of going into waiting mode after regular customers. But no. I was immediately taken care of with a smile and an air of confidence. I was very pleased with their professionalism. I was also told what to do if the problem returns because it could be an electronic problem. Thank you Napa Autopro.

A few years back my husband and I went there. The first few times repairs were okay. After, they could not find the issues on minor repairs like fixing a door handle and would not honor bigger repairs with warranty. Service is not great unless you know someone there. They also play the French card if you are an Anglo.

Stopped going to them after mistakes were made. they made me come back THREE TIMES, waste my gas, for a piece they swore they would get and then never recieved each time. So instead of calling me, they made me go there to tell me they didn't have it. I should've left the first time. No discount or apologies for gas and time wasted too. Also didn't realise till I went to a new garage for an oil change, but they over torqued the bolt and f-ed up my oil pan. It has to be replaced completely due to a rookie mistake. I have to spend even more money now to get a new oil pan (maybe it was a tactic for me to pay more to them when I come back?) Napa was the only one who did an oil change on my car before the next garage told me how messed up it was. My car also broke down and they said they could only LOOK at it within two weeks versus the garage I go too (which is always super busy too) got it looked at and fixed within 24 hours. I wish I could say good things about them, but too many mistakes were made.

Scam garage. Refuse to instal a medium quality part from their OWN napa retailer .. they refuse and say can't guarantee the job. even though it's their part... makes sence??I suggest never coming here, unless money is not an option*edit. Just finished the quote on their part. In the end a 200$ job (just done at a real garage), they quoted $550 ? .. RUN

Quoted me $580 for a balljoint repair and refused to use the part I purchased from Napa that morning. Went to another garage and paid $150. A $430 difference, absolutely insane. What a bunch of crooks!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Extremely disappointed. You misled me into thinking that you would you would look at my car in between appointments, then couldn't even be bothered to give me a courtesy call to tell me you didn't look at my car because I didn't have a 'real' appointment (your words). I won't be returning.
