“The lady at the paint & varnish counter named Annie gave us the absolute best service. She wa so incredibly knowledgeable, was so patient with our millions of questions and spent so much time explaining everything in detail. We are new home owners who want to do some home renovations, including staining and protecting our butcher block counters and painting our wood cabinets. She really knew her stuff and explained us the steps and process from A to Z. She really knew the products and gave us so many valuable tips to complete our project. Annie is really a gem and i am so happy she was able to help us.”

“I consulted the one associated with the curtain department for a Bali brand blind purchased 3 years ago and which I had broken when changing my window. The lady from home depot contacted a manager at Bali who exchanged the blind without any problem. In my house, all the windows are equipped with Bali. But I want to emphasize the kindness of the lady at Home Depot who went way beyond her job (giving me the Bali phone number) and made arrangements. Bali has a 10 year warranty and what a fantastic service.”
“EDIT: I have ordered multiple times since and appreciate the effort/improvements being made. Every time I have an order (a special order because they do not have it in stock), I have to do the calling and follow up to see where my product is. I've been waiting for 2 months for the same order as usual. (Usually takes 3 weeks, and they always seem to get it 24-48hrs after I call), and have not received any news. As well when they do call to say they have the product, they never leave a message. There is definetely room for improvement, I'm to the point of going to another BMR nearly an hour away to get better service as this is a product that I cannot get in other stores.”
“Many improvements in this store over the past years. Well cleaned and good service every where in the store. Mike is an excellent example of customer service. He is very knowledgeable about things electrical and just about any other questions you may need answered. But I must also mention that other employees that have helped us have been great, welcoming, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. It looks like the management here are also doing something right. Good work and thank you for all the great service and knowledge that we have received here. Plus, your store has the best parking area in vaudreuil. The spacing between cars is exceptional. “I was very surprised at the large selection of products at this store. The prices are what you'd typically expect to find at a depanneur, but still pretty decent considering current inflation. The staff are very polite and sociable. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location! :)”
