J'ai fais une très agréable rencontre aujourd'hui, Anna belle au cosmétique à été de très très bon conseils. En l'a voyant je me suis attardé sur son maquillage si bien fait et elle m'a donné de très très bon conseils . Je conseils fortement à la succursale de prendre bien soin d'elle. Quoi que toutes les autres Cosméticiennes sont toutes aussi des perles , j'ai apprécié la rencontrer .

I sent my partner to pick up my prescriptions. He handed over my health insurance card and the person at the checkout refused to prepare it for him because it was over-the-counter Tynenol and Motrin pills. But I NEED some cash following jaw surgery. He was told to take his tablet and here is a pill crusher. Last time I trust Jean Coutu for my medications!

I went to the pharmacy Thursday evening. This is not my usual pharmacy. I was at my son's house in Lavaltrie. I asked to see the pharmacist. The team was stupid, everyone looked stressed and no one was smiling. The pharmacist who came to see me seemed like he didn't want to be there and talk to me. While his colleague, on the other side, was very attentive and I saw him being very kind to another patient. Maybe if it had been useful to me I would have given more stars

Bad service. Attitude from employees. Wait time overly long for a quick question. Very unprofessional. The only redeeming point was the service recieved from a young pharmacist, but she told me she’s there on replacement. So this pharmacy deserves 1 star on all fronts except for this young girl. Good for her that she doesn’t work regularly there.

I waited 45 minutes at the counter for a pot of cream!!!! I have never waited so long in a pharmacy, even in the busiest pharmacies in Montreal!!!! Everyone passed in front of me, it was impossible to understand anything. I asked for my prescription to be given back so I could go elsewhere but they never would. I will never go back there, one would rather take a detour than return to that one.

Sincerely disappointing service from a pharmacist I had never seen. I had an order prepared and asked the cost, I was told $125, which is a good amount, surprise in the end it was $145! This is the last straw. I am now changing pharmacies. Finished jean Coutu Lavaltrie, Patient experience 0!

These good go are very small and have your orders prepared online because these long at the counter some people need training for hello and smile if not these good

Je me présente pour faire préparer ma prescription que je passerai prendre le lendemain. Le pharmacien me téléphone le lendemain durant la journée pour s'assurer de la dose. Je passe deux jours plus tard... la prescription n'est pas préparée et on me met un collant " merci d'allouer 24 h pour les renouvellements"... révisez votre processus de traitement des renouvellements...il y a des défaillances...
