I had a nightmare with this store!I went during Black Friday to take advantage of the promotions (because I had gone to their store twice and was advised to come back to this event of the year) employee was supposed to come back to me with information to validate with her manager and I never heard back.I called back to follow up and she was away.I traveled twice with the submissions and the employee there could not do anything.(she left a note for the manager)Finally, an assistant manager took my file in hand when she saw everything I had done…..Unfortunately after several attempts there was nothing more to do because all the promotions had ended!The only thing I was toldWe are sincerely dsl…..During this time I lost all the other promotions of the other competitors,I still have my broken phone which is my main tool for work!And all this for having trusted themPitiful serviceAnd for an owner who cares about customer satisfactionIt deserves a good ratingIt's not over :)Sincerely dsl to assistant manager who did everything in her powerReally niceDespite his discomfort with all thisKeep up the good workthanks againMr Nadeau
