I call to have my car aligned... Firstly I have all the steering problems completely repaired so the car is supposed to be perfect for the alignment already a total of ($1100) in a garage! Then the garage where I changed my parts made me buy a table to tell me that it was beautiful so no need! Then I'm going to take my vehicle to be told that my table on the right side is finished plus the boltjoint & Bering when my table is almost new ? ... for a total of $1300 I'm sorry but have a second evaluation done by another garage because I don't think I'm completely honest... Maybe because I'm a girl... in short, the second time I'm going there & a second bill even more expensive than the first!

I was driving when suddenly I felt a vibration in my steering wheel accompanied by a clicking noise. I immediately pull over to the side of the 40 and notice that some nuts are loose on my wheels. I squeeze as well as I can with the bar on the edge of the 40, but let's face it, I'm not strong enough to ensure my own safety later on on the road. I repeat the operation 3 more times, stopping each time on the 40 to tighten the wheels. I realize that it is impossible for me to get to my destination this way (there are only 2.5 hours left to go!). I then look at the nearest garage: Laforge alignment. I go there and despite a busy schedule, it passes me by. He lifts my car, makes sure my wheels are tight, and also checks the pressure in my tires. I was allowed my cat into reception (which was in a cage). He then tells me after the checks on the car that he is offering me this time, courtesy of the garage. I was able to leave SAFELY for the 2.5 hours of driving that remained, and this is invaluable :). I just couldn't believe it. I received IMPECCABLE service. Kind, courteous, attentive, this garage takes the time to listen to you and give you good service. If I were local, I would make this my garage of choice, unfortunately I live too far away to go back. If you are reading my comment, it is because you have not yet selected your garage; don't hesitate any longer, contact them!
