First time at this location. Definitely the last. Employees were not helpful. One actually dismissed my teenage daughter after she asked a question. I'm guessing the employee did not see e beside her as she changed her attitude once I made myself noticed.

They have very good employees. At they smile even after they get rude comments to welcome you. I feel bad how people treat them while they are only doing their job. Be kind to receive it back!! Best section kids section! Love love love… never had a bad experience there.

Disliked everything except for 1 pair of jeans. Most of their dresses were polyester ?.And if they were cotton or linen, they were not nice and/or dust, and whatever else stuck onto it.

Service was absolutely horrendous, employees and manager were extremely rude and ripped us off because of their mistakes. The manager charged us a higher price than what was on the tag and refused to give us back our money. By doing so, they were not respecting the Quebec Customer Protection Law. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMENDED. do better Zara.

Worse customer service ever the staff is very rude I work in customer service and if I would ever talk to a customer like that I wouldn’t have a job it must not be a requirement to smile and be nice to work at Zara

I only gave stars because of the employee named Athena. She gave me the best service; and shes the only one. I know employees of Zara think they need to be rude to work at Zara; this is so backwards. We’re in 2023; no need to have a battitude to answers simple questions. Thanks some people still have common sens like Athena. She was SO NICE! I went to pick up an order yesterday; the employee I got was so rude. My order wasnt in yet; I asked her to check if they had the items (3) I ordered in store so I can get them on the spot- she literally replied: It’s not my job to do that and refused to help anymore. I wanted to ask : So what is your job?I went to check today, and i got Athena at the cash. She checked the items for me, actually helped me with my order; she listened and went above and beyond to help me.

Zara should really consider hiring more cashiers or scheduling extra staff at the cashMany workers just walking around the store and Only one girl at the cash waited 35min in line to get served

Badly managed. Takes way too long to pay. Never seen this at Zara or any clothing store really. And the other reciews say the same. 2 cash registers opened while there are 8 employees on the floor turning in circles. Return customers have priority so you end up going after them even though you were in line 10 minutes before them. They fold the clothes so slowly that 1 customer can take a solid 10 minutes to pay 10 articles (I just had to check my watch at one point for how excrutiating it was). Very frustrating experience. Avoid if you can!

I can't remember ever having experienced such bad customer service, forgotten tags on my clothes, pair of boots with 2 different sizes, no support from the manager, only wants to hang up. Vendors are in herds talking rather than dealing with people waiting in line. Worst service ever

Horrible customer service, a staff member was helping find a piece of clothing and another staff member went up to the girl and said “you can’t do that” and didn’t even explain why. I confronted her about that then she went and started talking behind my back to her other friends.

The clothes are beautiful and chic as always, in January they always have sales. Most of the store was organized ate the morning. But the CS not very friendly, they make you wait a lot to try clothes even though the cabins are empty :(

I usually get horrible experience at zara but today was different. Jean-Paul offered amazing service, knew his products and was incredibly helpful in a big rush. Very friendly and smily. His work was very appreciated.

Very unprofessional and rude supervisor working on Wednesday 7th of September 2022, around 7 h30 pm. I was trying to return a bad quality article and asked for a supervisor, a young man in his twenties came to the cash and just rudely said he can't help and than just walked away without helping us and gave us attitude. All the surrounding customers were shocked about his bad and unprofessional behavior. I asked for his name and he said, i don't have to give you my name. We were really disappointed with the unpleasant experience, i will never return their all thought i was spending thousands...

BY FAR and when I say BY FAR THE WORST customer service experienced in this Zara location. The attitude of the staff from the manager to the floor employees is beyond unacceptable. Being bounced back and forth simply to ask if they had a pair of pants. Nobody was interested to help whatsoever. Then finally found someone to be told they have it and to come back in 20 minutes. Went back an hour later and waited another 40 minutes as they mentioned they have to get it from the back store. to then be told they don’t have it in a disrespectful manner! Unacceptable and unprofessional
