The little lady at the cash register who served me this morning around 9 o'clock should learn to be less arrogant towards customers. I just ask for a gift receipt for the item and she tells me that I had to ask before the transaction. I Sorry ma'am, I didn't know you had to ask before scanning the item. She calls her manager to cancel the transaction and says out loud: She told me that afterwards! Little advice dear lady employee, it's the holiday season and if you know that your computer system works differently from others then ask customers if they would like a gift receipt at the start before scanning the first item. Avoided calling your manager every time to cancel transactions.

If you have to take the formula I advise you to go straight ahead! It took us more than 30 minutes to find the person who had the key to finally open it! There is a doorbell but not functional because we rang +++ but 0 staff!

Easily the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Low or no stock in meat, especially beef. Very poor cheese selection and no eggs.

Worst client services experience ever, especially with someone called Soumia who claims to be responsible for clients service and has no clue about professional behavior or attitude. She is even unaware of some client services practices at Walmart. She contradicted what another colleague of hers confirmed to us about an item that we can return. She refused the return and obliged us to buy a smaller size despite that we cannot try it to see if it fits, nor we can return if it doesn't fit. We have been clients of walmart for the past 13 years, We will never go there again. Walmart is getting so downgraded in his services.

Today I went with my goddaughter to buy a cell phone and we received the worst reception ever imagined. The manager of this department, a man with glasses, treated us very unpleasantly. The price of the phone on the website was different from the price in store, and every question we asked him he reacted as if we were bothering him, very aggressively. I don't recommend going to this place.

I was in the new Asian section at Wal-Mart, looking for a specific item. Not finding it, I asked the person in charge of this section for help. She confidently told me that Wal-Mart did not sell this product, and trusting her, I continued my research. However, just two minutes later, I found the item I was looking for. This left me with a feeling of distrust.
Shortly after, I had another question regarding another product, and this employee once again told me that the product was not available. This time, I asked him to check on his scanner, knowing that it is possible to locate products using this tool (having worked in customer service myself). She refused to do it, which made me feel like she didn't really want to help. Frustrated by this lack of customer service, I expressed my dissatisfaction to him. Rather than respond professionally, she ignored me and continued walking.
When I insisted on asking her name, she ended up responding curtly, “Amira,” and showed me her badge and told me she was team lead, insinuating that I could do whatever I wanted. This behavior was not only disrespectful, but also a blatant abuse of power. This type of service is absolutely not acceptable.

Today I bought something, under the product listed $6.97, okay I'll take it. I look at the bill for $12.97. They told me it's not the same code, so what is the exact price? Well I should have checked all the codes and found the correct label? So make sure that the products are under the correct label since in my case several packages were placed in this location of the same product purchased instead of telling us it's not the right code, it's not the customers' job. check if the label under the product is the correct code.

I am well aware that the renovation work is underway but it has been going on for a long time and it was more or less the same before. The shelves are messy, it's not particularly clean or tidy, the price control terminals are missing or defective, fridges or freezers are leaking, full of frost, trolleys full of mess in the shelves. Or in the aisles/exits. Only go there if you have an urgent need otherwise avoid this store...
