I am more than impressed by VitroPlus/Ziebart (gas station on rue Industriel in Laval), especially by Alex. Customer service beyond extraordinary. Alex helped me when Lebeau Windshield Repair Services wouldn't even offer to try to repair my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took my car over, tried to repair the best he could and although it wasn't possible to get it completely off my windshield, my windshield is now smooth. It's a quality service. Thanks for your time, Alex, and for offering to try to fix it.

I am beyond impressed with VitroPlus/Ziebart (service station on Industriel street in Laval), specifically Alex. Beyond amazing customer service. Alex helped when Lebeau Windshield repair services did not offer to even try to fix my windshield with a surface burn. Alex took in my car, attempted to repair as best he could and although it is not possible to have it disappear from my windshield completely, my windshield is now smooth. For several years now, I have had paint and anti-rust treatments done on my cars at VitroPlus / Ziebart. Excellent quality service, sustainable and the staff is courteous and very attentive to customer needs. I recommend them without hesitation!

Very disappointed with my experience. I came to have a windshield changed on my vehicle (insurance claim) and when I went to pick it up the same day (the only positive point), the car came back dirty: glass debris all over my carpets, my beige headliner all dirty and full of stains everywhere. Passenger side bench torn with an exacto but they told me it couldn't be them... They cleaned the car I don't really know with what but my paint didn't have any scratches and I realized later that the car was returned with micro-scratches all over the tank, not to mention the big chip (missing piece of paint on the edge of the windshield...) In short, it's certain that I don't don't go back. Ah yes... the gentleman at reception on the other hand was nice but it's not bad all...
