Excellent service client. Nous avons fait appel à leurs services afin d’emménager notre nouvel espace extérieur. Ils ont été de très bons conseils et que dire de la qualité de leurs plantes. C’est au total 14 différentes plantes que nous avons dans notre décor et nous recevons beaucoup de compliments sur nos choix. Nous recommandons vivement!

Store 11/10 for choice, service, advice. The staff is ultra competent, happy and we seem to really enjoy their work!!
But online orders… meh…
I received my order incomplete, I'm missing the most expensive item...I'm panicking a little...I later found out during an email exchange that my order will be delivered in 2x boxes, 2x shipments...I I would have liked to have been notified of this BEFORE I found out this way...I found this unprofessional...

Beautiful and spacious shop.
Easy to park in front.
Lots of choice...
And the artificial flowers and plants are really well made.
It is very pleasant to discover the different items in the aisles.
The space is well decorated.
The person in charge of the checkout was friendly and quick. (Visit on Saturday May 4, 2024).

The beautiful plants I bought for outdoors are fragile; they are not made for our windy summer climate.
It's really disappointing I have to glue them with hot glue.
Also some models dry quickly and the stems break.
We must be careful when choosing a model.

Poor to non-existent customer service! The employees at the cash register chat among themselves instead of helping customers. If I had had an invisibility cloak it would have done the same...not a hello, a smile, a thank you, a have a good day, a can I help you? NOTHING. The employees look stupid, each with a “beef” face.
The store is beautiful, of course, but the staff, a big ZERO. It doesn't make you want to buy from your store.
