Bad experience, sagging of the sofa after 18 months, not covered by the warranty, let's try to repair it and the surprise when we saw the quality of the wood.

Extremely unorganized delivery. First the in store sales person told us that delivery was on Wednesdays, but failed to mention that wasn’t to the customer, but to their warehouse. Then we get excited, received a text stating that delivery is Thursday morning 9am. Then another fail, we are 1:36pm and still waiting, website still saying we are next?? Basically a waisted day waiting for delivery. No number to anywhere to call for delivery update, so you just sit and wait and wait and wait some more. Never again Urban Barn, your delivery is rated an “f” for fail.
I was more than willing to have the chairs shipped to the store, (never better served than by oneself) and I would gladly pick them up, but the salesperson said that option doesn’t exist. ☹️

Exceptional service. I was accompanied by Anick who guided me in all my purchases related to moving into my living room. From the plan, to the choice of furniture to the decoration. She is super patient and attentive! It makes me want to go back!

Bought 8 wooden chairs from Urban Barn Boisbriand, got them delivered and guess what? 7 were damaged. They were wobbly, some looked to be missing at least half an inch of wood in the legs. Two of the chairs even had the wood lifting up from the seat! Now let's see how their customer service department is. I'll come back and update. I'm giving a one star for benefit of doubt...Helen
