Go In on the weekends and I get served by a new staff member , I believe his name is Rafi. Super helpful and always
Kind to me , he goes above and beyond beyond to find what I am looking for . Pharmacy staff and cashiers are very welcoming as well

Unfortunately doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service. Wrong prescription. Additional wanted to return an item was told to com back next day because manager left. Finally pharmacy did the return. Also refused to return an item from another Uniprix although nothing on the bill indicates must be returned at same location.

The truth is that I cannot imagine the amount of psychological harm and humiliation that I suffered from the manager of this place, and her exploitation of me because I do not speak the language well, and when I told her that she would complain, she was indifferent.

This pharmacy has absolutely no respect for people's time, take an appointment and you will wait at least an hour, consistently. The pharmacist as well as the staff are rude and couldn't care less about your time. They "Do not discuss waiting times" meanwhile the waiting room is full and they still take appointments.It is surprising that this pharmacy has remained terribly managed for such a long time.Best of luck to whoever goes there with an appointment.

I rarely post reviews unless I had a really bad experience, however my husband and I were both shocked at how bad this pharmacy was. We took an appointment on ClicSante for a strep throat test for our toddler. Not only were the employees cold, we also had to wait 40 minutes despite having an appointment. The person who did the test for our toddler seemed to be a tech, we didn’t even know who she was as she wasn’t even wearing a lab coat and when she did the test she barely asked questions did not wash her hands, was NOT wearing gloves or a mask and barely acknowledged our toddler and just told her to open her mouth and shoved the swab savagely on the sides of her cheeks. The test was negative however I am not even convinced she did it properly. Honestly I would never go back again, even the aisles were almost half empty, I don’t even understand who manages this pharmacy it’s horrible. As a lot of other people said in the ratings, I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could!

Hi. I had my tetanus shot at 4349 Notre Dame location last Nov 1st and after 6 days I noticed red spot that’s getting bigger, swollen & it hurts. The Dr said it was infected & now taking antibiotics for 10 days, not well sanitized so there was bacteria that caused infection. He didn’t change gloves even the band aids he’s using were exposed & keep on digging in there to find the smallest one. Not sure if the one administered the vaccine is a nurse but even his way of injecting the vaccine was not right it was low and used only 1 hand to do it. It should be 3 fingers from the shoulder but mine was like 5 fingers. I hope that this will be relayed to avoid from happening to someone else. My bad, I didn’t check the reviews here before booking, i saw some complaints too but mine is worst because I need antibiotics☹️☹️☹️
