Votre employé Anas était en train de servir une famille avec un bébé pour les photos de passeport quand je suis entrée à votre sorte #250. Il a pris son temps à bien expliquer à la cliente de garder le reçu au cas où au besoin à la fin du service. Et il s’est faire excusee à moi pour me faire attendre avec un bon sourire.
