My wife owns several analog Swatch watches. It is up to me to advance the date in months by less than 31 days.
I've never had any problems. (same thing with my Casio Te Seiko watches) 2 MONTHS ago my wife bought another Swatch watch.
Changing the date is EXTREMELY difficult, the winder is impossible to position correctly (except after 10 attempts)
We returned to the store to have a warranty repair (or replacement).
Two teenagers responded to us with a lot of nonsense.
No repair, no exchange. Not a bad disappointment for $140
I do not recommend this store due to the pitiful service received after 2 months.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received today June 9, 2024 around 3 p.m. at Boutique Laval. N 51 the saleswoman treated me badly by saying don't touch the watch. With a student and rude tone! I'm not aware that it's forbidden to touch watches!!!!! I don't come back to this store anymore. And I don't recommend it.

Ma montre fonctionnait avant d'entrer dans le magasin. Je voulais changer de bracelet et la vendeuse m’a proposé de changer ma batterie. J’ai dit oui et trois batteries plus tard ma montre ne fonctionnait toujours pas… drôle de coïncidence ou un manque de professionnalisme et de formation des vendeuses qui semblaient très jeunes et inexpérimentées.

I went to this store to possibly exchange a watch that my son received for his birthday.At first glance, we don't want to go into this store.I would have given it 2* because of the behavior of a particular person who I will not mention. She looked at the watch as if it had been worn for 10 years... in fact she was looking for a reason not to proceed with the exchange. The watch had been worn for barely 2 hours 4 days before. As soon as we decided we were going to go to the store, the watch was put back in its box. I was told “Choose a watch and we’ll see later”. I didn't respond.But the young saleswoman "Madina" deserves a 5 star. I'm not a big fan of comments, but when someone behaves nicely, they deserve recognition. She should be a manager. She is respectful, patient, she gives her opinion while respecting that of the client. She was really pleasant and attentive to our needs. At no point did she show any sign of impatience. She has a lot of class for a young person. Well done!!!Had it not been for Madina, I think my experience in this store would not have been pleasant,

When first using the watch at a party, the watch strap broke and after consulting the store they agreed to fix it at no charge, but they asked me for it on delivery, even if the watch itself had its own problem, and now after three of the months, it was completely rude without having the watch and wasting time and money they are not responding to the customer's need and even in follow-up by customer they respond poorly. They are very irresponsible and rude. now I wanted to have my money and nothing else.

Waiting more than 4 months for a watch and finally receiving a call saying that they will keep the watch for 24 hours.. the next day "we'll give you until closing today". We agree that we are not all in the Carrefour Laval NOR all on Social Assistance to be able to drop everything to go to Laval to get a watch when THEY like it! And for a “summer collection” type watch delivered mid-August we can give up... especially with this ultimatum of having to go within 24 hours or pass! It was worth 4 months of waiting, it’s crazy!!!!!
