I always go to the Swarovski store in Carrefour Laval for my jewellery needs.
All the times I’ve been there, I’ve been treated great, and all the staff had been amazing!!
I strongly recommend this location for your gifts,
and also for there great service.True diamonds all around!!

I've been going to Swarovski for years, and never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. My boyfriend and I went to the Laval location after being referred there from the Pointe-Claire location to do a product repair, as they were the only store in the greater Montreal area with the item available. The woman was giving my boyfriend a hard time about not having the box and the fact that we had an item to be exchanged due to the default. Even though the associate at Pointe-Claire never said it needed the original box, most stores don't ask for that type of thing. I tried to explain the situation, and she essentially treated us like we were lying. My boyfriend showed her the receipts and we even showed her how the bracelet was broken, but she just kept shoving it in my face saying it's not broken. Again my boyfriend showed her the receipt online, and finally, she just snapped at us to just take the new bracelet and that she can't be bothered to process the transaction. I was confused, and I also didn't want to take the bracelet without proof of purchase so when I asked about a receipt she said she's not giving us one, to take the bracelet and not to exchange it ever again. I left in disbelief. Without actually saying it, the woman clearly thought we were lying or something, but we had all the proof. I'm just baffled that someone that awful is allowed to work in customer service, let alone in such a nice establishment. The woman that served us was blonde with glasses and working at around 5pm this evening (19/03/24).

La bague que mon copain m’a offerte pour nos 2 ans vaux pas le prix qu’elle est… le bijoux terni, il déteint alors que c’est supposer être de l’or blanc, même les petites pierres précieuses sont tombée. Je retourne alors au magasin avec ma bague ont me dit que c’est ma faute « que je lave mes mains avec la dites bague » que si je veux réparer ma bague j’aurais des frais engendrer, selon moi vendre des bijoux à des prix aussi élever pour qu’au final la qualité soit vraiment médiocre, je préfère de loin pandora pour la qualité au moins eux je ternis pas .

I am a regular customer who loves the brand, but today I had very poor service from the employee Maria, no hello or even a smile (very cold). She closes the jewelry drawer in front of me without even giving me time to finish looking, doesn't even apologize and leaves to go to another customer. Too bad, she lost an important sale, I had to buy from a competitor.

The employees are very unprofessional. They follow you everywhere in the store and signal to each other to keep an eye on the customers. Always someone behind is watching us. I would even say that they manage to discriminate.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle, on me dit que tout ce qu'ils veulent c'est qu'on soit satisfait , résultat aucun échange aucun remboursement et aucun crédit pour un bijou défectueux qu'on nous accuse d'avoir saboté! On propose de" réparer" mais le bijou tombe avec une énorme faiblesse par la suite !Vraiment déçu , première et dernière fois que j'achète!

My mother bought a bracelet in Italy and the magnet did not close properly. She went to a high-end jewelry store in Rosemère (selling jewelry for over $20,000, so competent and who knows what she's saying) where Swarovskis are also sold in half of the store. The owner told her that the bracelet had to have an adjustment so that it closed better and that my mother could leave it with her to send to Laval at a cost or she could go to Laval herself to avoid the hassle. costs. So we went to the Laval crossroads and as we entered, the saleswoman was already looking us up and down with condescension. She also spoke badly to the customers just before us. My mother explains the problem to her and she replies that she can't do anything, that the owner of the big jewelry store lied to us and is not right, but that she, a saleswoman for probably less than a year, is right and knows everything. In short, she didn't want to do anything. Dissatisfied, we left and told her that we were going to go elsewhere to have it repaired, to which she replied; Well that’s it, go somewhere else, it doesn’t matter, don’t come back here. My mother turned around, went back to her and asked her name. The saleswoman replied: I wouldn't give it to you, get out of the store straight away, I'll order you to get out, 3 times. I know the owner responds to comments and will see the message, so even if we don't have her name, know that she worked on Friday June 9, 2023 around 6:30 p.m., you will be able to find out her name after a short meeting team where a sanction is required for speaking like that to customers!! Knowing that we were not violent, had no discriminatory or inappropriate comments, only dissatisfaction due to the poor service provided, the only person who should be out of the store is HER! In short, if you want to shop at Swaroski, prefer Place Rosemère at the crossroads for better service, better skills and more class from the salespeople.
