I visited the Carrefour Laval store on October 12 to buy a dress that I had seen on their website beforehand.
I didn't have much time, so when I arrived I asked a consultant to help me by showing her the photo of the dress I was looking for. She told me they didn't have it anymore.
So I went around the store to find another dress and found exactly the dress I was looking for in triplicate.
I found the size I needed and headed to the cash register to pay.
I was refused the online price of $53.87 even after showing the cashier the online price and mentioning that it was not indicated anywhere that it was an online only offer.
So I paid $76.96 for the dress before taxes.
I wore the dress only once the next day and the zipper broke during the evening.
I have sent 4 emails to customer service and they refuse to answer me. After calling their customer service, I was told that my emails had been forwarded to the store and that a response would be sent to me within 2-4 business days. It's been a month today and the store has never contacted me.
Extremely poor service and I will never go there again. No sense.

Excellent service to put together a complete wardrobe with the Store Manager. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but I would like to thank her for having experienced, a second time in my life, this exemplary service in this very store. My last experience was two years ago with another assistant who offered equally satisfactory service.
Recommendation: Fitting room too small for those shopping for a complete wardrobe. I would recommend having one or two spacious cabins for these clients. The prestige aspect gives a personalized and enhanced experience.

I bought a dress without being careful and it was all stained, despite the non-exchangeable rules because I cut the label, they agreed to exchange the dress for other items. Nice commercial gesture :)
