I purchased a Helio couch in white in May 2023 and although it is comfortable and very stylish, I’m disappointed in the quality of the fabric. We took care of it very well, but since installing it, we’ve had issues with piling and every little thing sticking to the fabric. If someone sits on it wearing black sweatpants, the fabric will have lots of little black spots stuck to it. Reached out to customer service who told me they can’t to anything as it’s normal wear and tear… I don’t think this is normal or wear and tear at all!
I would avoid purchasing this couch, at least in this colour.

We love love this coffee table. Very affordable, not too expensive. It's pretty solid and heavy! Was a pain to put together, but just follow the steps closely and it'll all come together. We love everything about this coffee table! The colour is just lovely too.

I fell in love with this piece after seeing it in the retail store. It’s solid wood, comes fully assembled and surprisingly has a lot of storage. My only negative comments are that there are no power management holes on the end cabinets (so I drilled my own) and the grommet covers on the 2 other wire holes in the center cabinets keep falling off.

Do not buy the Helio sofa as it is a rip off! In less than 2 months the pads deflated and they are really uncomfortable. When we sent an email with the photos to explain this problem they told us they don’t warranty the sofa pads. Even though we took care of them and always rotated them on a weekly basis they will definitely flatten out. Do not trust what they would tell you. Really disappointed in the quality of this product especially for the price… Hope these issues will be addressed
