I have bought a bedroom dresser from Structube that unfortunately is faulty. It no longer fully closes. After replacement pieces were sent, the dresser broke again after another month. Customer service is refusing to issue a refund or credit and instead is sending the same replacement parts again. Also, replies from the customer service department are extremely slow.

I highly do NOT recommend buying from this store . I bought a couch from there and many feathers are coming out of the couch only a few months after purchase. I called customer service to tell them the situation and they did absolutely nothing about it. Service after sale is horrible. Friends and family who come and see the couch are also in disbelief on how a new couch can loose that many feathers. Not only will I never purchase from this store again but I strongly discourage others to as well.

I Had a very bad experience purchasing a couch from this structube. Three months in, the couch was deteriorating and when I spoke to customer service they told me that it’s “normal” wear and tear. An expensive couch should not be deteriorating in any way three months after delivery. Horrible service and return policies.

I went there last weekend and had the worst customer service experience there is.The associate (or owner?) who ‘helped’ me and my family was making disrespectful remarks along with snarky comments while ‘helping’ us. The disrespect was blatant but I disregarded it as I needed to order new chairs. However, his incompetence in ordering the chairs starting from ordering the wrong ones, then using a completely different phone number than the one I provided for the receipt has caused the return to be even more problematic.Now, both his disrespect and incompetence have made shopping at this Structube a horrible experience.I suggest going to any other Structube since this one seems to have a management problem and a customer service one too.

If I could give 0 star I would.I bought 2 benches for my dining table. When we put them together at first, they were a bit wobbly so we double checked everything to make sure we had built them correctly- which we had.My aunt came for dinner one night and one of the benches cracked opened and she felt on her back.Ive reached out to the company. I’ve spoken and emailed 4 people before they transferred me to the right department after two weeks of waiting. None of them told me to keep the broken bench. I had taken pictures and sent them to the customer service prior to throwing the bench. And now they are not refunding me for the broken bench because I didn’t keep it.I repeat : my aunt hurt herself badly. They have clear pictures of the broken item.The benches are super cheap and the customer service is horrible.Do not buy from them. Horrible company.

Very bad experience with structube, my item should be delivered in the middle of March and I still waiting for it, every time I call they ask me to wait another two weeks, bad service and I don’t recommend to anybody

The products are good but the customer service is lousy. I ordered two sofa and they could not deliver them for over six months. They did not even bother to call and apologize. It was supported to be delivered within 60 days. Not happy at all

Price for the value of product is great and affordable , show room is very cute , there is just one problem they are so back ordered anything you order now in November is or will be delivered on or for February so I don’t see the point of going here ?

I decided to visit the Structube store for table I saw online. I saw many reviews of customers complaining when they ordered a furniture item online that kept having the delivery date pushed back for many months due to item not being in stock because of covid.....I decided to avoid this problem and visit the store. There were two items I was looking for and neither of them were on the display. A bit disappointed. Also, it was not easy for me to track down a customer service representative in store.
