I speak french very well. But i asked the young girl working in English for an item. And she answered me in English "I only speak French" so i was trying to explain what i was looking for in French but for some reason couldn't find the exact word. She just stood there unwanting to help me in any way, not even ask her co-worker. So I just figured, you know what forget you, forget your store. You just lost a customer. And told her "laisser faire". I understand we're in Québec but you answered me in English that means you speak it. And I have no problem speaking French but lost my words at that moment. Oh well. Merci beaucoup pour rien !

Low quality shoes , all their shoes are glued not stitched, their shoes don't have a sharp look its either look too bulky or very long even though if you are wearing the right size . Dont waste your money , so cheap!!!!

Le pire service rarement vu. Les 2 employées ne faisaient que parler entre eux derriere la caisse. Nous avons du aller les voir pour leur demander d'essayer des chaussures... Elle remet la paire de bottes avec encore tout le rembourrage a l'interieur tout en continuant de parler avec l'autre en tournant le dos tout en laissant les boites sur le banc d'essaie sans meme laisser d'espace pour s'asseoir. L'employée qui nous servait a disparue et au moins l'autre est venue nous voir...

Service catastrophique dans cette boutique. Ont d'abord voulu me vendre une chaussure en cuir griffée et endommagée sur le dessus ... Avec 7% de rabais! M'ont ensuite vendu une paire de semelles en oubliant de mettre les deux dans le paquet puis en refusant de m'envoyer la 2eme chez moi. Pas sympathiques du tout. Dernière fois que j'y vais.
