Superb store. Beautiful and quality shoes. Great variety.
Super nice salespeople but perhaps a little overwhelmed by customers for whom the service is not fast enough (unpleasant customers who think that money buys everything)!!!

I speak french very well. But i asked the young girl working in English for an item. And she answered me in English "I only speak French" so i was trying to explain what i was looking for in French but for some reason couldn't find the exact word. She just stood there unwanting to help me in any way, not even ask her co-worker. So I just figured, you know what forget you, forget your store. You just lost a customer. And told her "laisser faire". I understand we're in Québec but you answered me in English that means you speak it. And I have no problem speaking French but lost my words at that moment. Oh well. Merci beaucoup pour rien !

I entered the store with a friend, 2 saleswomen and 1 salesman saw us, the two saleswomen "relooked" at us with contempt and the salesman finally came to greet us. I was ready to try on two pairs of shoes and we were treated to their judgmental looks again so we left for the interval where the reception was MUCH better. He has jobs everywhere, if you don't like change.. very disappointing..

No service, I don't know who runs the store but it was much better before. No smile, no hello, the staff is not friendly. The manager is not professional.

No stock.. couldn't try on 4 different pairs in any colors... Went to another shoe shop.
