Worst experience ever, I bought an item online and it had a manufacturing defect, I tried to contact them to exchange it at a store but no one answers, I left voicemails and no response, plus I bought with shoes that clearly show that it's already worn.It's ridiculous!

Very disappointing visit to Sporting Life in Laval. I purchased a pair of shoes which upon home inspection appeared to carry "memories" from a past life. Less than 24 hours later, here I am back in the store, naively thinking that an exchange or a refund would be possible. But no, the manager categorically refuses. The shoes hadn't even taken their first steps, laces still tied by the manufacturer.The twist? The manager claims to have consulted the surveillance images and assures that the shoes were in perfect condition at the time of the sale. And the evidence? Ah, these remain his little secret, apparently.So there you have it, I'm the proud owner of the store's unloved pair of shoes.Lesson for the day: At Sporting Life in Laval, every purchase is a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get, and it's often a final sale!

Je reçois des emails pour les spéciaux en magasin. Aucun problème. Cependant en magasin les prix ne sont affichés que sur certains racket d item. Tout autre marchandise demeure avec un prix régulier. Mon point est que l'affichage doit être plus clair et bien fait sur chaque item. La politique actuel me force à aller magasiner ailleurs..désolé.

I ordered 3 pairs of Nike sneakers online and they came to me from this store in Laval.They arrived in a large cardboard box, no packaging at all, all opened and no taping.One box contained two different colors of the shoe! Unbelievable!

I purchased an item online for in store pickup. I was pretty sure I seen in the shipping options that it would be ready in 2 hours. When I called to confirm 4 hours later they kindly advised me that it a 24 hour waiting period, but if desired coming in store they would help me out. The item was on sale online and they honored the price in store with the confirmation of a manger. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

If I can give this 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I called the store to confirm if they did in fact have a shoe in stock and they replied that they do not offer that service. Not helpful whatsoever. Every other retail store will gladly confirm their stock and will even put it aside at the cash. Some things need to change…
