I called Shop Santé Laval at 8:30 p.m., they answered by barely saying hello and putting me on hold. After 10 minutes of waiting where I hear the person chatting, the call disconnects. I decide to call back, but in vain I am told that the recipient is currently unavailable. I don't find this very professional.

I was served by Stacy today, who was knowledgeable about the various products and she also informed me of corporate discounts. Excellent customer service.

The store is really beautiful and well organized. But the staff lacks energy and desire to work. I noticed that the store always closes earlier than the posted time.

I am always impressed by the staff, they are super kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and what might be suitable to each client. They’re always smiling and happy to help. My only complaint is that they are all nice looking too and they can literally sell me anything, so I spend way too much money? good job shop santé

I love your store, but I have a comment to make regarding bulk I asked for 10lbs of whey during the weekend when there was 30% off your homemade products and I just realized who your employee (she has red/brown hair) charged me for isolate and not whey, which I actually have, so I unfortunately paid $60 more for the wrong product. I don't know if there is anything you can do?

Why did you move.... Ok bigger bigger but having chosen a place where parking is almost non-existent, and the lady in the green leggings a smile please, before I liked going there the boys were always friendly and we felt there well receivedQuite disappointed today

1st experience in this store and it was very positive!The employees were super patient, kind and respectful, and I had a lot of questions and needs to be filled. They know all the inventory they sell, they are well informed and give very good advice. Also appreciated is that they sell Canadian and Quebec products.Great discovery for me
