Recommendation: Fitting room too small for those shopping for a complete wardrobe. I would recommend having one or two spacious cabins for these clients. The prestige aspect gives a personalized and enhanced experience.

“I went to this store to get a refund for a pair of boots I had purchased online, but that didn't fit. The refund was granted cheerfully in a no-questions-asked, hassle-free process. While I was there I decided to look around at the winter boots, since I still needed a pair. I tried on numerous pairs, and finally found one I like even better than the ones I returned. The employees were very helpful to boot (pun intended). ;)I also want to give a shout out to the customer-service agents who work in the call center. I had to phone the center several times with various inquiries after placing my order, one of which had to do with the fact that FedEx messed up the delivery of the boots mentioned above. The agent who answered that call got in touch with FedEx and got things moving to ensure that the boots would finally be delivered.All in all, Globo's customer service is superlative, and that's not something you can say about too many companies nowadays. It's obvious that Globo trains their employees well.”
