I have been a customer at other Uhauls, and I have never had the service we had here.When we arrived to pick up our rental truck, we were informed that the previous renter had not returned it yet. But the U-Haul team in Laval quickly found a backup solution for us.The manager was super friendly and was really dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction.We also had a small problem with billing, managed by the head office. Fortunately, the local team was there to support us and resolved the issue quickly.It's quite rare to encounter such efficient customer service.
