Edit: I had a so so experience here so I gave a negative review at first but didn't get in the details, figured it wasn't worth it. I came back here yesterday, it's the closest hardware store from my place. There was a decent line up by the time I got to the cash and I was hoping to leave quickly since someone was waiting for me. A man with a manager name tag sprung into action when he saw the line was getting longer at the registers. He checked out a few clients, including me. He noticed a discrepancy when scanning one of my items, quickly resolved the matter and I was on my way with my new moon cactus and pot to transplant to later when it gets bigger. (Sorry for the bad photo, but if you were wondering what a moon cactus was...)

Very convenient renovation center. Ample parking. Staff generally helpful, just ask and we will be happy to help you. Very large store area. I prefer this banner to other renovation centers....
Generally better customer service than Rona Entrepôt or Réno depot.

I am taking the time to write this message because the customer service from the people at the materials counter is completely lacking in courtesy.
Doesn't help people who don't know more or less about it find solutions. Talk to us like this, we are ignorant. We ask questions and answer in such a way that we disturb the person. The 2 men at the counters even looked at me with contempt without really wanting to offer help.
