Never seen before..I went to this store to purchase certain items..the previous lady at the checkout had no courtesy..no sense of service no smile at the limit I let it pass are arrogant behavior I'm starting to get used to... but to yell at me just because I asked for the cancellation of an item the lady has a serious problem... and the people who let her in contact with customers need to review their recruitment policy.Ps: the price at rona is higher than the competitors but not we try to support the neighborhood stores unfortunately with such treatment I will never return and I do not recommend anyone to go there

I love Ron, but I do not recommend entering this particular Rona at night. The store officially closes at 9pm but you should consider it closed as of 8pm as the staff seems to be completely checked out by then. “Sir, the person in charge of seasonal equipment is on break for the next 15 min.” “But it’s 8:15. Can someone else get me what I need?” “No”. And when he does show up, he has no answers, “It should say on the tag.” Nope. “How long is the warranty?” “You might have 90 days but ask the cashiers.” Nope they don’t know either. Can I see the box to make sure it fits? Ah, it’ll fit, it’s not that big.When I finally figure out that it is 90 days and purchase the item, I’m directed to leave the store and use an outside entrance to pickup my merchandise, the Cours a Bois. Go through the gate and circle around back to find one person there. Ask where to pick up my merchandise and he says at the yellow garage door, but before I can ask where that is he disappears. I circle around and ask a few customers who had picked up their item where the yellow garage door was and they said, “no clue but I got my stuff here.” Ok. So I stay there.The same person from before finds me and says, “I said the yellow door” and disappears again. Annoyed, I follow where he was going. Find him and my trusty salesman with this huge box. The salesman sees my vehicle but doesn’t want to say a word — it will be tight.The other guy says, “this box is heavy” from a platform where he and the box are that is about four feet above the ground. It’s about 8:45pm by now. “Sir, my lift is stored, you’re going to have to place this in your car by hand. You showed up too late.” “The box is damaged can you make sure it’s ok or get me another one?” Other guys says, “This is the last one. ” My response, “Your inventory says that you have 9.” Silence.So, no. I do not recommend this place. What happened to the days when people actually worked until the store closed? The yellow door ended up being a few feet from where I saw the other guy. He could have walked me to it or pointed to it. I can see why Amazon is winning the retail wars.
