very bad quality !
Not even 3 months of installation
and the doors are already damage. And it’s taking super long for them to take care of the issue
plus they send the wrong cabinets and make the waiting longer after installation date. I am sure they change the design on purpose, the design from what we agreed on person to what they sent in email.
so look well to what you agree at the end. don’t let them rush you. and ask for a bill with the details of what you are going to receive so they don’t charge for extra cabinets that you don’t need.

Not satisfied with the service, at the end of the installation 2 cabinet doors were missing, I have been waiting for 1 month and still not received, every week I am told next week, ha Friday so on I am really angry with this CIE and he asks to pay in full otherwise they don't deliver, everything is paid for and I still don't have my doors, I haven't stopped being lied to for 1 month, I don't recommend this CIE

Our experience with Reve Cuisine has been profoundly disappointing and frustrating. What was anticipated to be a straightforward kitchen renovation of 2-2.5 weeks stretched into an agonizing seven-week ordeal, leaving us without a functional kitchen for an extended period.
Initially, we engaged with Reve Cuisine to design and renovate our kitchen. We meticulously planned with their team and signed a contract specifying delivery in May. However, the agreed-upon delivery date came and went without any contact from the company. When we reached out, we were informed they had "likely forgotten" due to the long weekend and rescheduled for the following Wednesday. This pattern repeated itself, with numerous delays and excuses.
When the installer arrived, it became immediately apparent that pieces were missing, halting the progress. Reve Cuisine had also miscalculated the kitchen space by an additional three inches. Last-minute we were told to extend our wall by 3 inches, at our expense.
Throughout this ordeal, communication was virtually nonexistent. Calls and emails went unanswered, leaving us in the dark about critical issues and prolonging the delays. The lack of coordination and accountability between their team members and hired contractors was evident, as they engaged in internal blame games instead of resolving our concerns.
Even after the cabinets were finally installed, they were improperly fitted, resulting in damage to handles and the cabinets themselves. Additionally, when it came time to installing the countertops, we noticed that they had ordered the wrong one and attempted to shift the blame on their client. This delayed the process by 3.5 more weeks, to receive the correct countertops.
In the end, it took an additional two weeks beyond the promised completion date for Reve Cuisine to address the flooring adjustments required due to their initial measurement error. Despite a signed agreement for completion by a specific date, they failed to honor it, prolonging our kitchen renovation yet again.
In summary, Reve Cuisine demonstrated a shocking level of unprofessionalism and incompetence throughout our engagement. Their failure to communicate, adhere to timelines, and deliver satisfactory workmanship makes it impossible to recommend them to anyone seeking reliable kitchen renovation services. Avoid at ALL costs!

Great lack of professionalism we had almost finished the project they referred us to their general contractor who used a false RBQ number and just before the start of the work he told us that he is unable to do the work and left with our deposit of $5000 and dream kitchen told us to manage that he doesn't know the contractor the work was planned for last summer and until now we have had to take legal action for an unacceptable situation

RêveCuisine, the worst experience ever!Almost all doors were curved and with defects or damages.Those that didn't have defects, the "installers" took care of it.They are not professional kitchen installers! They install bad, they cut worst and they do an awful silicone caulking job!Since they only had a few doors in the warehouse and those crooked too, the company said that they can only have new doors in 2-3 months because they are awaiting a new shipment from China.Even after 6 months I still didn't receive the promised doors and half of those installed are missing the handles.There is everything but “Dream” Cuisine!RêveCuisine, the worst experience! Very happy with my kitchen. Great service from Fadoua and David and Ivan (the installer) and Charlotte. I got great quality cabinetry (solid wood), for a good price (compared to other places). Also, very happy with the choice of colour! I was guided well.
