I have been a customer for 2 years. There are some great products and prices, but I tried the free shipping offered and it wasn't great. The order is blocked for 4 days in the same place. I go to Popeye's directly and no one can help me. I have to contact their sender myself. My order is finally delivered in a torn box, without notification and my doorbell rings. I then want to return one of the products and I learn that refunds are only possible with gift cards. It's really annoying. My next orders will unfortunately be with another company.

I had a great experience at the Popeyes supplement store in Laval. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and took excellent care of me. Despite being in a hurry due to my lateness, everyone was incredibly nice and professional. Even at the cash register, the man was polite and made sure I didn't miss out on any deals. Overall, it was a positive and customer-oriented visit.

The owner is very welcoming, he always has the answers to all my questions. He is very patient and takes the time to suggest and explain different supplements that will help on your fitness journey.Always a very pleasant experience!
