I went to this garage to buy 4 winter tires to fit on mags. When I arrived home, I realized that the mags did not fit on my PCQ car and the bolt pattern was not the same. I called the said garage to express my dissatisfaction, understand how the error occurred and to obtain a replacement. I was told that it was my mistake for not having rechecked the bolt pattern after the supposedly professional one and that I couldn't get a replacement today because I was too "last minute" even though in fact I was in this situation due to his mistake. The line was then hung up on me. A few seconds later, a call from the "mechanic" who was shouting at me loudly, I then hung up. My tires were refunded, but I have never had such pitiful service from a so-called professional who made a mistake and put the blame on the customer. I advise anyone who wants to avoid a similar experience to go to this garage!!!

André the mechanic is passionate. He is super meticulous and attentive. I strongly advise you to take your car there, you will have unparalleled service. I learned several tips that will allow my vehicle to last longer and consume less gas. In a world where we throw away and buy new, we need more resourceful people who advocate repair and longevity like him.

For 19 years, André has been managing the tires on my vehicles. It's always a great pleasure to see this super friendly guy every 6 months. He takes the time to measure tire wear and installs them to prolong their life. And when the time comes to buy new ones, André is there to advise you on new or used ones. Do not hesitate to call and make an appointment. You will be very satisfied with his work. Also take the time to chat to get to know this multi-talented jack-of-all-trades.
