Great shop, knowledgeable staff and selection with great customer service. I recently purchased cleats for my son online that I needed to return due to sizing issues. Staff (Amanda) responded to my inquiry immediately and the return process was easy with my refund granted quickly. I would not hesitate to shop with Passion Soccer again. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. Ordered something online, 2 WEEKS LATER, i got a refund notice to my email.I called to get information, only to get a cold and rude answer " when you ordered we had it and now we dont have it. " How does that make sense?GO ELSEWHERE.
