Horrible service will never go there again!We were looking for winter boots for our girl. The lady that served us was super unfriendly and rude. The boots my daughter first tried had 2 zippers on each side and we’re hard to zip up. the lady who could barely speak French or English started telling us they didnt fit because our daughters legs are too big and start gesturing with her hands to show they are big! Who says that in front of a child!!! If they want to make sales they really didn’t choose the right sales people.When she said that we left right away and we went to buy the boots at BROWNS and they us excellent service like usual.
