The saleswoman when I purchased the jewelry was very enthusiastic and friendly. Upon purchasing the jewelry I was told I had 1 year of free cleaning. I was returned to repair my bracelet and clean the jewelry in October for free as told by the saleswoman. Today March 21, 2024 I went back to see how this one of cleaf is detached like that. I was told this was not normal. I thought I was going to be repaired for free and cleaned for free because I purchased the jewelry on June 30, 2023 thinking I was still under warranty. And no, the saleswoman today told me that they never did that and that the saleswoman who sold me no longer works here. I advise you not to buy with them. Their jewelry that comes off is not of quality, especially if it is 10 karat gold.
