I had a bad experience, I was not properly guided with what I was looking for and the promotions offered in connection with piercings and the purchase of earrings in the end I came out with an exorbitant bill, they refused to give me reimburse and in compensation I am offered a new free ear piercing... the ears have already been pierced, a second piercing will be of any use to me seriously!

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and I was very impressed with their product knowledge.In particular, an employee, Imane helped me choose a beautiful necklace for my mother. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and guided me through a selection of high quality jewelry. She also explained the features of each piece and helped me find a necklace that perfectly met my expectations.I am very happy with my purchase and my mother was delighted with her gift. I am very happy with my jewelry! I had jewels that I hadn't paid much for (Ardène, Bisous), but that I really liked! I was able to have them reproduced to measure at Orenso du Carrefour Laval and I am really satisfied! Now that they are gold, I can afford to wear them 24/7!Thanks again to Orenso and his owner who is very friendly. I have already referred a friend of mine who also works in a jewelry store, but in hers they don't make custom jewelry.Cynthia xx
