Super bad service. They laugh on people's face and they have zero respect.
And I even spoke to the manager and he had said I don't care if you leave a bad review.
That's how much they care.

Be careful, if you come here to choose your seller carefully, I first came across an adorable, very kind woman who was able to answer all my questions. The second time I came for a return, I came across a man who preferred to chat with his wife instead of taking customers, once this person decided to kindly take the time to take care of me, he was unpleasant and through his attitude he made me understand that I had nothing to do here and that I was bothering him. Second experience. Really not pleasant at all.

I came to get brake pads and discs this morning... but wanted to have a galliper before removing in case I needed it (because closed tomorrow and Monday and I'm traveling to MTL)Closed at 3 a.m. I arrived at 2:55 a.m. and it was already closed. The clerk was there and he never opened :(

Before proceeding to pay for a specific part, please make sure you really have what you requested. We asked for a new alternator, specified several times that I wanted a new one and not a rebuild. 6 months later and with just 1000km on the clock, alternator failed without any warning (Napa brand). Returning to the garage, we learn that this is customary with this brand and that in the end, by the code, it is a rebuild. Not quite the new one required.

Very poor customer service from one of your employees at the parts reception. Not even a simple hello and don't even look at you when he speaks to you or when I spoke to him, no respect. We go back to places where we feel welcome, and that's definitely not the case at Napa 440.

I called for a replacement suspension and door mirrors, and I was able to get a very good deal on those pieces. Will definitely come back again
