I go often, I like the store but unfortunately the last time I went, I was with my 3 year old son and normal at that age we touch things. He touched a product so a slightly older lady who works there started to complain.
You should hire professional people with appropriate language.

This store has an amazing selection of hair care products including hair color and everything you need to color your hair, styling tools, brushes and combs, and shampoos, conditioners and other styling products.
They also have a special section for men.

The service is bad, they always do the minimum to answer my questions and on top of that they say “you” to me as if I were a friend. I keep going to this store because I don't have a car and it's the only place near me where I can find certain products but from one time to the next I always have the same opinion , it's not getting any better at all!
