Purchase in March 2 electric reclining leather armchairs with USB socket and one month after receiving my armchairs USB socket does not work on one armchair and one of the armchairs no longer reclines and for 3 weeks I have been trying to join the service after sales and still no response so it's over for me at Mobilia

I bought my living room set and I love it, the service was good at the time. Subsequently, I bought a cushion online and had it delivered to Mobilia Laval recently, there was only one left and I needed 4. When I spoke to a salesman on the phone I told him that I saw on their site that there were floor models left. He told me no, they didn't have any. When I came to pick up my order, I asked again just in case and indeed there were still some! I find it a shame that the person on the phone didn't really take the time to check properly. Thanks to the other seller for providing good service.

Very poor customer service. Following the report of a defective product upon delivery. I contacted customer service twice. In each case, no return to correct the situation. Today I tried to contact them and I got a voicemail, because the call volume was too high! All this after waiting 10 minutes to be told that I was call #1 in queue. I strongly advise against it given the poor customer service

Mobilia Laval Worst place ever, customer service is horrible not professional at all, my goodness theses people need training how to treat clients from employees to manager, they lie about delivery etc… shame. Don’t go there!

I purchased the best furniture here from kitchen table to couches, lamp, side table and carpet!
I have to say I’m very pleased , also pleased to know they provided us with great service and I will definitely shop there again !! The white glove service gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very pleasant and professional as well !! Thank you!!

Disappointment regarding the pricing policy and after-sales service at Mobilia Laval
I recently purchased a sectional from Mobilia in Laval, and unfortunately, my experience with after-sales service was disappointing. Here are the points that contributed to my disappointment:
Pricing policy: A week after my purchase, when I wanted to refer a friend, I discovered that the price of the sectional had dropped by $1000 just 36 hours after my purchase. Given the pricing policy announced by Mobilia, I expected to be informed of this price reduction during my purchase, or at least in the days that followed. Unfortunately, no representative notified me of this savings opportunity.
Insufficient communication: Communication with Mobilia staff was a weak point in my experience. Despite several emails and voicemail messages, I was finally contacted by a representative who explained the situation to me and offered probable compensation for the price difference. A manager was to call me back the next day.
No call back from manager: After expressing my concerns to the representative, I was assured that a manager would call me back within a reasonable time. However, two weeks have passed, and I still have not received a call back from the manager, which is extremely disappointing and gives the impression of neglect of the after-sales service. I am sincerely concerned that after the messages left on the manager's voicemail callback, I will simply not receive any callback or compensation.
Although the furniture offered by Mobilia Laval is attractive, my experience with the pricing policy and after-sales service has considerably tarnished my opinion. I would have hoped for a higher level of service, particularly in terms of price transparency and staff responsiveness. This experience left a bitter taste, and I hope Mobilia takes steps to improve its customer service practices in the future. Despite my preference for supporting local businesses such as Mobilia, this experience made me think about the effectiveness of customer service. Compared to online giants such as Amazon, whose service is renowned for its speed and efficiency, the experience with Mobilia highlighted a notable disparity.
This situation raises questions about the relative cost of local encouragement, especially when such significant service gaps are observed. While I value supporting local businesses, disappointments like those experienced at Mobilia highlight the need for local businesses to compete on fronts such as price transparency, effective communication, and responsive customer service. .
Ultimately, while I'm inclined to prefer local businesses, this experience makes me think about the real value of that commitment, especially when it seems to come with higher costs in terms of service and customer satisfaction.

Very poor customer service. We bought electric couches and 2/3 have defects.There is no response when we call customer service and they also do not respond to emails left on their customer service site despite promising to respond within 2 business days.The next step will be that of formal notice if necessary.

Very very poor delivery service. I don't recommend the store at all
