I visited the your Kiosque at Carrefour Laval yesterday on Wednesday, May 8 at 7pm ish and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. When I arrived, it seemed as though the store was closed due to the absence of any employees. Despite this, I browsed the jewelry cases for over five minutes, hoping someone would attend to me. To my surprise, I eventually spotted a young girl sitting on the floor engrossed in her phone. It was disheartening to see an employee hiding in such a manner.
Even after she noticed me, she made no effort to acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. Instead, she continued to focus on her phone. Initially, I assumed she might have been on her break, but it was perplexing to see an employee sitting on the floor during working hours. This behavior left me confused and frustrated.
Feeling unwelcome, I decided to leave and went to purchase at Pandora where the staff was readily available and provided excellent service. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness from the staff, neither of which was demonstrated during my visit to your store. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in employee conduct and customer service.

Very poor customer service. Online inventory not up to date, no alternative to avoid paying additional fees despite it being their mistake. This was my first and last purchase with them.

Service from the manager is pitiful! Unpleasant, frustrated with life. No customer service skills. Should change careers. On the other hand, the young employee served me like a professional. Even the manager's attitude towards her employees was miserable.
