I have been a customer at Metro for years and unfortunately I had a bad experience on 10/23/2024 in the evening, I went to ask for a cardboard box for my daughter for work to do for school and I asked the young girl who works at the self-service checkouts and she spoke kindly to me, however her supervisor who works in customer service dressed in black was rude to me, not only did she refuse to give me the cardboard box and on top of that she looked at me with a contemptuous and mean look, finally I got out of there and I went to Maxi's not far from there and the man gave me the cardboard box and he was very kind and he even offered to take several boxes if I wanted, so after that I decided not to set foot in this store again.

For several months I have been buying the metro crust bread because I didn't like the one from IGA I don't know what you have with my Belgian bread but it is no longer like before before the bread was long and soft now it is short and the crumb is thick I think I'm going to buy the IGA crust bread in the end why always change a winning formula??
