Marciano is my favorite store. Whether for the team members. The welcome I receive and the super nice hello upon arrival. On-site service to find my size and clothing for an occasion. I always have a memorable experience, beyond my expectations and have done so for years.P.S. Also the clothes are beautiful and for all kinds of occasionsThank you Annie, Nicole and the team???

I’ve had a few extremely disappointing experiences at Marciano, so I finally decided to write a review. The staff, especially Veronica, was rude and condescending. I've never been treated so poorly. The lack of customer service was truly disheartening. Their attitude was so unprofessional. This experience is beyond what I expected from a reputable store like Marciano. I would caution others to be wary and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely love the clothing but the attitude of the people working there is absolutely awful. I have never encountered such rude employees in any other store. Such a shame because the clothes and shoes are gorgeous but I have to stick to ordering online due to the way they treat their customers :(
